During this time, call us with any technical issues and we’ll talk you through the repair or arrange for the VideoRay to be returned to us and quickly fixed. We will do everything in our power to make your job easier and more efficient through on-line, telephone, and personal support.
Benefits of Coverage
- A Field Insurance policy against practically all operational losses.
- Extends and upgrades the limited one-year warranty protecting against defects in design, materials, and workmanship to include access to our loaner pool while your system is being repaired.
- No questions asked -- we get to work right away to make the repair.
- Most consumables included in the service: main camera dome, float block, o-rings, seal cartridges, and light bulbs, delivered to you as needed.
- Excluded from coverage: intentional damage or theft.
Priced for Affordability
Advantage! is priced based upon the MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) of the delivered unit. It further reflects the warranty expiration of your VideoRay as the system ages. Advantage! is available to all VideoRay customers. If an established VideoRay customer would like to enroll in Advantage! after the first anniversary of his/her purchase, upgrades may be required at list prices to the most recent version before coverage can begin.
